NLRDF has conducted Mason Training Programme. In the training participations learnt about technical aspects of masonry work which helped them to strengthen their skills and capacities. They were given required kit for masonry work to start their work. After the training they manage to get their own work and earn better than earlier. So far NLRDF have given training to 130 rural youth of below poverty line families in tribal area of Sabarkantha district.

Entrepreneurship Development Programme For Rural Artisans

The programme by the support of Gujarat Rural Industries Marketing Corporation Gandhinagar intervened Entrepreneurship Development Programmes for traditional Handloom and Handicraft Artisans of Ahmedabad and Sabarkantha districts.

Motor cycle Repairing and Electrials Training

Enterpreneurship Development Programmes were conducted in the village Kalol and Khedbrahma. Initially meetings were organized with the youths and had discussion with them about their needs. Based on these meetings, training programme was planned and implemented. During the training participants learnt theories and practical. At end of the training all the participants were given participation certificates. After training they were linked for bank loan through DIC, Himmatnagar.

Vocational Training Programme for Vulnerable Women

The objective of the programme is to help VULNERABLE WOMEN to come out from their VULNERABLE WOMEN and help to sustain their lives by providing them trainings of entrepreneurship. Women were given trainings on skill development and also women were encouraged and promoted for better future life through their economic sustainability by doing their own works and savings.

Under this training programme training in Tailoring / cutting and Mahendi Design to 144 women of Sabarkantha district was given. After training they were given respective kits for livelihood at subsidized cost.
