Riot affected people Livelihood Project
After the Gujarat Riots in 2002, a survey of riots affected families was carried out. The focus of the survey was on source of functions, damage to their properties, assistance received from Government or any other agency, and support they require. 124 riot affected families from the Villages of Khedbrahma, Idar, Vadali, Vijanagar and Bhiloda Talukas of Sabarkantha District were given livelihood support.

KVIC Workshop
Workshop in coordination with Khadi and Village Industry Commission, Ahmedabad was conducted for youths of tribal villages in khedbarhma for the purpose of income generation activities. Total 78 youths participated in the workshop. In the workshop youths received information on the benefits of subsidy and loans. 36 youths filled up the forms for loans and subsidy.

Khadi and Polyvastra Project
Khadi-hand spun cotton yarn and polyvastra -polyester cotton yarn is hand spin on amber charkhas by women in 6 villages of Khedbrahma taluka. Weaving of cloth from this yarn on handlooms was done by weavers of Limdi Taluka of Surendranagar district.
